Design Details

You can engage your own design team or we are happy to organise one for you. We have decades of experience working with architects, designers, and engineers.

We like to provide advice at a conceptual stage to ensure that both your design and your budget expectations will be met. We like to work closely with both you- our client – and with the design team for an optimum and rewarding result, within budget and within time.

Leave it to us.

Don’t stress! We will prepare all the documentation for you and engage the required professional services. These include structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, energy rating assessors, planning consultants, and interior decorators and designers. We will obtain all the required permits to commence your project.
